Celebrating 29 Years of Life Together

And still very much in love!  Looking pretty good too, I might add!

This was a perfect getaway, only a couple of hours drive, and the weather was FABULOUS.

Harrison Hotsprings is a very small town, so a quick walk will take you anywhere you want to go besides the resort.  The view along the lake is sure purty.

Although I'm not sure how relaxing it is for Keith to be near beautiful water like this, especially when fishing season is about to open in the nearby river.  He spent a lot of time talking about boats...

Now this water was relaxing.  This is the huge mineral water spa/hot tub that we soaked in a few times.  Ahh the healing waters!

This is the original source of the hot spring waters behind us.  A little on the stinky side. Can you say rotten eggs?   Fortunately the resort has taken the odor out in order to actually enjoy the soothing hot mineral water.

Admittedly, we did spend too many hours soaking up the sun.  But, in our defense, we haven't really had much of a Summer.  So we felt the need to bask for awhile in order to substantially increase our vitamin D levels back into the normal range.  It was heavenly.

Dinner in the Copper Room is always a treat.  We dined and danced the night away!

Did I mention that we discovered Big Foot while walking around town?

We thoroughly enjoyed just being together in that lovely place.

We enjoyed being together in this lovely place as well.  This was our first trip to the Vancouver BC Temple.  After 29 years of marriage to this guy, I have to say, life just gets better and better.

I loved this post because Jeff and I went on our honeymoon there and stayed at that resort and we didn't take any pictures of the resort, so that is the first time I have seen it since and it brought back lots of fun memories!! Happy Anniversary!
