Our Final High School Graduation Celebration

My son Eric.  High School Graduate.  Probably the least excited of my kids to graduate.  Why, you ask?  Well, mostly because he really loves school, and he really really loved his Senior year.  Lots of friends, fun activities, interesting teachers, exciting sports, and a few honors along the way...his own parking space, King of the Senior Prom, featured in the school newspaper for awesome grades, all the things that make life fantastic for a High School Senior.
So here's one last night of celebration for one last Schenk kid.

It all started with a sweet pork burrito dinner.

It's so great to have the family together.

The customary graduation lei.

One of the first to enter the field.

Through the lovely flower arches.

Eric on the front row.

Staying warm on a cool evening.
At least it was sunny!

Our view from the stands.

Big brother home just in time, but not quite acclimated to this cool weather yet, thus the stocking cap for warmth!

Trey, Devin, Eric and Hunter.

With Grandma Hart.

Proud mom and dad!

Diane and Dennis looking proud too!

Lots of relatives, thanks for coming Lisa and Laura.  Scott and
Grandma Schenk were there and hustled back to the car to warm up!

With Lucy Capron.

And Janson Vandermuelen, practicing the politician handshake.

Andre!

Mitchell Kahns on the end.

Carly Brock.

Best buds, Eric, Gigi and Andre, the three mormon amigos.
These kids sure look happy!

Thanks Diane! I'm so glad you and Dennis were here to celebrate with us. It's more fun that way.
